I contacted the team via WhatsApp at around 8pm and wasn’t expecting a reply until the following day, but I received a response within five minutes.I urgently needed a personalised sweatshirt printed and sent the design over that same evening. I cannot big up this company enough. They were brilliant from start to finish, I had a t-shirt print job that needed doing with very little notice. I gave them the job at 13:30hrs on the Friday afternoon and it was ready to pick early the following morning. Not only that, because I was in such a hurry I had inadvertently made some errors on the print job online, the company called me back on two occasions to check the mistakes with me instead of just going ahead and printing what I had requested online for which I was really grateful.I have to also talk about the actual quality of the t-shirt, this was also a surprise because I thought because the price was incredibly competitive I thought I’d end up with a cheap poor quality wear once or wash once product, I could not have been further from the truth, 100% great quality cotton. I was delighted when I opened the package.I would recommend this print company to anyone, looking for a great quality product, quick turnaround, professionalism and great customer service. I originally found Direct Printing on Bark, where they messaged me straight away saying they could print my design on T-shirts. We went back a few times on WhatsApp, with them making sure exactly what I wanted. From when the design was finalised and invoice paid, I received the T-shirts 3 days later! Wow, just wow. I am so impressed with my T.shirts. I run a linedancing group and wanted a western themed design on my T.shirts for our boot crew. I submitted a a design I wanted copied , along with writting on the back. This company has produced exactly what i asked for. The quality of the T.shirts too is first class. Excellent service from Greg, who was incredibly helpful in sorting out a complicated bulk order at speed. The printed T's are great (and wash well, too!) but the embroidered hoodies in particular are of far higher quality than you'd expect for the price. Seriously fast; seriously good.
