Returns

All deliveries should be checked immediately. If there are any damages or shortages, these must be reported immediately on the same day. Any personalized garments are not applicable for a replacement, all damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 30 days to be applicable for a replacement. We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. However, we can not be held responsible for delayed goods or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.Please note we do not pay for the return postage, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us. If you have received the wrong or faulty items, please get in touch with us, and we will raise a collection and send the correct items out to you.
